Analog Devices Inc. ADPL44002 Low Dropout (LDO) Linear Regulators
Analog Devices Inc. ADPL44002 Low Dropout (LDO) Linear Regulators are low noise and CMOS regulators with four fixed output voltage options. The fixed output voltage can be adjusted above the initial set point with an external feedback divider. These regulators operate from 2.7V to 40V input voltage range and deliver 200mA output current. The ADPL44002 LDO regulators use advanced proprietary architecture and offer high power supply rejection. These regulators achieve excellent load and line transient response with a small 2.2μF ceramic output capacitor. The ADPL44002 LDO regulators are available in a six-lead LFCSP or five-lead TSOT package. These regulators are ideal for regulating high-performance analog and mixed signals circuits operating 39V down to 1.2V rails. The ADPL44002 LDO regulators are used in healthcare, communications, infrastructure, and medical applications.Features
