TE Connectivity VAL-U-LOK Connectors
TE Connectivity's (TE) VAL-U-LOK Connectors offer wire-to-wire and wire-to-board connections with contacts on a .165in (4.20mm) centerline pitch as well as up to 9A current ratings per line and 600VAC max. rating. TE VAL-U-LOK plug and receptacle housings allow wire-to-wire and wire-to-panel configurations and are available in 2 to 24 dual-row positions and 3 to 5 single-row position models. Header assemblies offer vertical and right-angle wire-to-board connections. The vertical headers are available with optional polarization pegs and drain holes and offer a blind-mate version while the right-angle headers offer optional screw-mount flanges.
The series includes models that accommodate terminal position assurance (TPA) to help prevent contact back-out and meet the glow wire test and UL 94 V-0 standards. The TPA additions to VAL-U-LOK are double-row devices for the 0.165" (4.20mm) centerline product family. The VAL-U-LOK TPA offers up to 24 positions as panel-mount plugs, free-hanging plugs, and receptacles. These connectors are intermateable with other VAL-U-LOK connectors and headers, supporting wire-to-panel, wire-to-wire, and wire-to-board applications.
