ROHM Semiconductor BU79100G-LA Successive Approximation A/D Converter provides low power consumption, a sampling rate of 0.5MSPS to 1MSPS, and a 2.7V to 5.25V operational supply voltage range. The BU79100G-LA Converter supports a single-ended input and output code in straight binary format. The BU79100G-LA is housed in an SSOP6 2.9mm x 2.8mm x 1.25mm package.
