Renesas Electronics SLG51003V 3-Channel LDO Power GreenPAK™ includes three compact and customizable low-dropout regulators and offers industry-leading high-performance PSRR. This completely integrated 3-channel LDO solution comes in a small, convenient 14-pin TQFN package that is designed for advanced sensor applications. The SLG51003V IC features 68dB at 1MHz PSRR on the input voltage supply, 16µVRMS output voltage noise, and tight output voltage accuracy of ±1% over temperature. This device offers an ultra-low shutdown current of 240nA for the entire IC and exhibits built-in LUTs, delay blocks, macrocells, and configurable GPIOs. Typical applications include power management for CMOS image sensors, RF and wireless interfaces, battery-powered equipment, and other advanced sensor applications.Features
