Qorvo QPA1314D 55Watt GaN Power Amplifier
Qorvo QPA1314D 55Watt GaN Power Amplifier is manufactured using Qorvo's production 0.15um GaN on SiC process (QGaN15). The QPA1314D operates between 13.75GHz and 14.5GHz and achieves 55W saturated output power. The operating frequency on the Amplifier extends to 12.75GHz to 15.35GHz.
The QPA1314D is fully matched to 50Ω with integrated DC blocking caps on both I/O ports to simplify system integration. The RF ports are DC coupled to the ground for optimum ESD performance. The QPA1314D is 100% DC and RF tested on-wafer to ensure compliance with electrical specifications.
