NXP Semiconductors KM1x 32-bit Microcontrollers are mainstream precision metrology MCUs based on the Arm® Cortex®-M0+ core. These MCUs provide a cost-effective, highly integrated solution for single-chip one-, two-, and three-phase electricity meters that require powerful 32-bit processing capability, precision-analog, security, and HMI functionality. NXP KM1x MCUs provide security, memory protection, tamper detection, powerful analog front-end (AFE), and protection of user data. These microcontrollers support high-precision internal voltage reference with low-temperature drift and provide a comprehensive enablement suite, including reference designs. Typical applications include energy meters, motion control and robotics, industrial measurement and sensing, home security, and flow meters, such as heat, water, and gas.Features
