Vishay SiC401DB microBUCK™ Evaluation Board
Vishay SiC401DB microBUCK™ Evaluation Board is a reference board designed to evaluate SiC401 synchronous buck regulators. The SiC401 regulators are high-frequency voltage-mode Constant-On-Time (COT) synchronous buck regulators with integrated high-side and low-side power MOSFETs. This evaluation board offers the designer/engineer a scalable buck regulator solution. The SiC401DB evaluation board features a 3V to 17V input range, a 15A continuous output current, and a selectable frequency from 200kHz to 1MHz with an external resistor. Typical applications include high-density cards, distributed power architectures (with 5V, 12V, or 24V rails), storage, DSL, computing, broadband, networking, LAN/WAN, optical, test, and measurement.Features
