Vishay Semiconductors T15Bx PAR® ESD Protection Diodes
Vishay Semiconductors T15Bx ESD Protection Diodes feature junction passivation optimized design and utilize passivated anisotropic rectifier technology. These ESD protection diodes offer 1500W peak pulse power capability with a 10/1000 μs waveform. The T15Bx diodes also feature bidirectional polarity, excellent clamping capability, and very fast response time. These ESD protection diodes meet Moisture Sensitivity Level (MSL) 1 as per per J-STD-020 and are AEC-Q101 qualified. The T15Bx diodes come in a SMB (DO-214AA) package and operate within the -65°C to 185°C temperature range. These diodes protect sensitive electronics against voltage transients induced by inductive load switching and lightning on ICs, MOSFET, and signal lines of sensor units for automotive.Features
