Vishay 1N4x Glass Passivated Plastic Rectifiers
Vishay 1N4x Glass Passivated Plastic Rectifiers are designed with a Superectifier® structure for high-reliability conditions. These plastic rectifiers feature a low forward voltage drop, low leakage current, and a high forward surge capability. The 1N4x plastic rectifiers meet the UL 94V-0 flammability rating and all devices with the prefix E3 are RoHS-compliant. These rectifiers are available in DO-15 (DO-204AC) and DO-41 (DO-204AL) packages. The 1N4x plastic rectifiers are solderable per J-STD-002 and JESD 22-B102. These plastic rectifiers are ideal for power supplies, inverters, converters, and freewheeling diode applications for consumer and telecommunication.Features
