Toshiba Dual-Channel High-Speed Digital Isolators
Toshiba Dual-Channel High-Speed Isolators are designed to provide robust isolation and high-speed signal transmission in industrial, consumer, and automotive applications. These isolators utilize inductive coupling technology to achieve data rates up to 50Mbps, while maintaining isolation voltages of 3kVrms and basic insulation standards. The Toshiba DCM320 series supports two forward channels, whereas the DCM321 series offers one forward and one reverse channel, suitable for bidirectional communication. With low propagation delay (typically 10ns) and high common-mode transient immunity (CMTI > 100kV/μs), these devices are ideal for use in motor control, power inverters, battery management systems, and signal isolation in noisy environments. The compact SOIC-8 package and wide operating temperature range (-40°C to +125°C) further enhance versatility in demanding electronic systems.
