Texas Instruments TMUX1104 5V Analog Multiplexers
Texas Instruments TMUX1104 5V Analog Multiplexers offer a single channel, 4:1 configuration with a wide operating supply of 1.08V to 5.5V. The TMUX1104 have very low on and off leakage currents with low charge injection, enabling them to be used in high precision measurement applications.
The TMUX1104 supports bidirectional analog and digital signals on the source (Sx) and drain (D) pins ranging from GND to VDD. The device ensures TTL and CMOS logic compatibility when operating in the valid supply voltage range using logic inputs with 1.8V logic-compatible thresholds. Fail-Safe Logic circuitry protects the TMUX1104 from potential damage by allowing voltages on the control pins to be applied before the supply pin.
The Texas Instruments TMUX1104 Multiplexers have a low supply current of 5nA, small package options, and can be used in various applications, from medical equipment to industrial systems.
