Texas Instruments SN74AUP1G14 Single Low-Power Inverters
Texas Instruments SN74AUP1G14 Single Low-Power Inverters function as an independent gate with Schmitt-trigger inputs. This feature allows for slow input transition and better switching-noise immunity at the input. The AUP family is TI’s premier solution to low-power requirements in battery-powered portable applications. This family assures a dynamic power consumption and very low static across the entire VCC range of 0.8V to 3.6V, resulting in an increased battery life. This product also maintains excellent signal integrity. The Texas Instruments SN74AUP1G14 is fully specified for partial-power-down applications using Ioff. The Ioff circuitry disables the outputs when the device is powered down, inhibiting current backflow into the device and preventing damage.
