Telemecanique Safety Light Curtains
Telemecanique Safety Light Curtains are safety sensors designed to provide automatic machine shutdown when a restricted area is breached. Telemecanique Safety Light Curtains are compliant with safety standards up to Type 4, SIL 3, and PLe, according to EN ISO 13849-1, IEC 62061, IEC 61496-1, and IEC 61496-2 standards. There are multi-beam versions for finger (14mm) and hand (30mm) detection and 2-, 3-, or 4-beam versions for body detection. These Safety Light Curtains can be used for virtually any hazardous machine requiring zone protection for the security of operators and equipment. Master-slave versions of the Type 4 models are available for daisy-chained functions, and models with IP69K sealed protection tubes are offered for harsh environments.

Type 4 safety light curtains with integrated muting ensure reliable operator protection while maintaining uninterrupted material flow. Designed for conveyor applications, they enable flexible configuration, standalone operation, and fast integration into automated systems. Available as Basic and Advanced Model.
