TE Connectivity MCON 1.2 NextGen Sealed Locking Lance Connectors

TE Connectivity's (TE) MCON 1.2 NextGen and NextGen Plus Sealed Locking Lance Connectors offer a highly versatile wire-to-module and wire-to-wire inline power connectivity solution for harsh automotive environments. TE MCON 1.2 NextGen and NextGen Plus are a single-row sealed locking lance connector series with a standardized 2- to 8-position interface. These connectors allow designers to significantly reduce carbon footprint by approximately 20% by design with a further approximate 40% carbon footprint reduction with bio-massed balanced resin without sacrificing functionality. MCON 1.2 NextGen Sealed Locking Lance devices feature an improved connector position assurance (CPA) design and vibration performance. The connectors are backward-compatible with the other MCON connectors and validated to LV214 and USCAR2 standards.
