ROHM Semiconductor BV1HD090FJ-CE2 1-Channel High Side Switch IC is an automotive switch with a built-in overcurrent limiting circuit (OCP). The IC features a thermal shutdown circuit (TSD), open load detection function (OLD), and under-voltage lockout function (UVLO). It's equipped with the diagnostic output when detecting an error (ST).
