ROHM Semiconductor BD48 and BD49 Automotive Voltage Detector ICs are highly accurate, AEC-Q100 qualified, low current consumption voltage detection devices. The BD48 Voltage Detector ICs provide an N-channel open-drain output. The BD49 Voltage Detector ICs provide a CMOS output. ROHM Semiconductor BD48 and BD49 ICs are designed for specific detection voltage ranging from 2.3V to 6.0V, with a 0.1V increment.Features
