ROHM Semiconductor Automotive IPD 2ch Low Side Switches
ROHM Semiconductor Automotive IPD 2-channel Low Side Switches are equipped with an output diagnostic function for Thermal Shutdown (TSD). These devices integrate a monolithic Power Management IC (PMIC) with a control block (CMOS) and a power MOSFET on a single chip. The automotive low-side switches exhibit built-in protection functions such as active clamp function, overcurrent, and dual thermal shutdown. These automotive IPD switches offer an 80mΩ typical on-resistance (R DS(ON) ) with 5V IN , 1.5AI OUT , and 25°C T j conditions. The automotive low-side switches are available in the SOP-J8 package with 4.9mm x 6mm x 1.65mm dimensions. The AEC-Q100 qualified low-side switches are optimized for 12V automotive applications and is suitable for driving resistive, inductive, and capacitive loads.Features
