Renesas Electronics RH4Z2501 Line Driver/Level Shifter IC offers easy system integration and on-chip system diagnostic functions. The RH4Z2501 IC has a ±60V over-voltage peak robustness and integrated reverse polarity protection. The Renesas Electronics RH4Z2501 IC requires minimum external components and has embedded surge protection for use in hash environments. The device is available in the small DFN12 and WLCSP packages.
