Quantic Evans TDE Hybrid Capacitors

Quantic Evans TDE Hybrid Capacitors provide high power density with a 60VDC to 110VDC rated voltage range and 2200μF to 25,000μF capacitance range in a 1.4" x 1.4" square case. These TDE devices utilize sintered tantalum anodes and ruthenium oxide-coated cathodes in aqueous electrolyte, with the components being hermetically sealed in a welded tantalum case with a glass-to-metal seal. The capacitors are rated for a lifetime of more than 2000 hours and offer an unlimited shelf life. The series is RoHS 9/10 compliant to EU RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU and features an ECCN EAR99 export classification and ANSI J-STD-002 solderability. Quantic Evans TDE Hybrid Capacitors are ideal for industrial, energy, space, and military applications.
