Qorvo QPF4557 5GHz Wi-Fi® 7 High Power Front End Modules
Qorvo QPF4557 5GHz Wi-Fi® 7 High Power Front End Modules have a small form factor and integrated matching to minimize the layout area in an application. The front-end module (FEM) is created for Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) systems. The QPF4557 optimizes the PA for a 5V supply voltage, reducing power consumption so systems that use digital pre-distortion can accomplish the highest linear output power and leading edge throughput for the RF chain. This optimization performs across a wide bandwidth, enabling operation from UNII1-3 (5.125GHz to 5.925GHz) in all channels. A coupler with RF output is intermixed for DPD feedback training. For power control, a broad range of constant slope voltage logarithmic power detectors are supplied for application feedback. The Qorvo QPF4557 incorporates a 5GHz power amplifier (PA), single-pole two-throw switch (SP2T), coupler structure, and bypassable low-noise amplifier (LNA) into a single device.
