Qorvo QPC2180 0.1GHz to 8.0GHz SOI 0SP8T Switch is a silicon-on-insulator (SOI) single‑pole, eight‑throw (SP8T) reflective switch designed for broadband applications. Operating across the 0.1GHz to 8GHz frequency range, the Qorvo QPC2180 delivers low insertion loss below 1.0dB along with excellent linearity performance. The device supports +1.8V control logic and comes housed in a compact 3mm × 3mm plastic over‑molded package, enabling a small overall solution footprint. Additionally, no external DC‑blocking capacitors are required when no external DC voltage is present, simplifying integration into RF system designs.
