Vishay / Sfernice CHEP High Frequency & High Power Chip Resistors

Vishay / Sfernice CHEP High Frequency and High Power Thin Film Chip Resistors are designed to minimize internal reactance and feature a miniaturized package size of 0402 or 0603. When correctly mounted, these thin film microwave resistors operate over a wide frequency range, up to 50GHz for the 0402 size and 40GHz for the 0603 size. Both sizes offer a resistance range of 20Ω to 120Ω and an operating temperature range of -55°C to +155°C. The resistive thin film layer withstands an established temperature as high as +250°C. Vishay / Sfernice CHEP thin film chip resistors offer high power capability (up to 2.8W for 0603) due to the aluminum nitride substrate combined with PCB dissipation. Flip chip or wraparound terminals are available.
