Panasonic Electronic Components NFC Tag LSI

Panasonic NFC Tag LSI features ultra-low power and high security, to be used in all applications that utilize near field communication technology. With 4kB of integrated non-volatile FeRAM, the NFC Tag LSI provides fast, robust, and secure data storage. Panasonic NFC Tag LSI is compliant with NFC forum standards and supports ISO/IEC14443 TypeB and FeliCa RF Interfaces.

Associated Development Tools for these devices include NFC-TAG-MN63Y12-8, which is an Antenna Board for MN63Y1208 NFC Tag LSI, and BTPB-101B_MN101EF63G, which is an NFC Microcomputer Board.

  • Built-in 4-Kbit FeRAM non-volatile memory with fast write and low power consumption
  • RF interface compliant with JIS X 6319-4 (FeliCa) and ISO/IEC 14443 Type A/B of the 13.56-MHz contactless IC card standards
  • Serial interface: Selectable from UART, I²C and synchronous serial (except MN63Y1212)
