Mini-Circuits PMA-183PLN+ Low Noise Wideband RF Amplifier

Mini-Circuits PMA-183PLN+ Low Noise Wideband RF Amplifier is a PHEMT-based MMIC amplifier with a combination of high gain with positive gain slope, high directivity, and low noise figure. The low-profile 16-lead MCLP package amplifier measures 3.5mm x 2.5mm, operates on a single 2.6V supply, and is matched for 50Ω. The PMA-183PLN+ Low Noise Wideband RF Amplifier accommodates dense circuit board layouts and is ideal for receiver applications.
