
Mini-Circuits CY3-223+ & CY3-453+ X3 Frequency Multipliers
Mini-Circuits CY3-223+ and CY3-453+ X3 Frequency Multipliers are ultra-wideband MMIC frequency triplers that utilize GaAs HBT technology. The CY3-223+ converts input frequencies from 3.33GHz to 7.33GHz into output frequencies from 10GHz to 22GHz, and the CY3-453+ converts input frequencies from 6.66GHz to 15GHz into output frequencies from 20GHz to 45GHz. This wide output range makes these modules suitable for broadband systems and various narrow-band applications. Mini-Circuits CY3-223+ and CY3-453+ X3 Frequency Multipliers provide excellent repeatability, low inductance, and good thermal efficiency. The surface-mount modules are housed in a 4mm x 4mm 24-lead package.
