MACOM MACP-011088 Integrated Bi-Directional Coupler is a 17dB fully integrated device with a 2GHz to 18GHz bandwidth. Ideally suited to test point applications, MACP-011088 delivers best-in-class RF performance in a miniature 4mm, 24-lead QFN package. The MACP-011088 coupler features a 3W maximum RF input power, 500mA maximum DC current, and a -40°C to +105°C operating temperature range.
