Littelfuse SZ1SMC TVS Diodes offer a 1500W maximum power dissipation, a 5V to 170V voltage range, and a breakdown voltage rating of up to 209V. The SZ1SMC diodes feature excellent clamping capability, high surge capability, low zener impedance, and fast response time. They are also designed to protect sensitive components from high-voltage transients.
