Littelfuse SMFA Asymmetric TVS Diodes

Littelfuse SMFA Asymmetric TVS Diodes come in a SOD-123FL package and are designed for SIC MOSFET gate protection for asymmetric voltages. These diodes feature low inductance with excellent clamping capability, low dynamic resistance, and a glass-passivated chip junction. Ideal applications for SMFA diodes include AI/data center server power supplies, high-efficiency power for EVI, and high-reliability power supplies for industrial equipment. Littelfuse SMFA Asymmetric TVS Diodes offer a 1µA maximum reverse leakage rating, a 15V to 20V stand-off voltage range, and an operating temperature range of -55°C to +150°C.
