KYOCERA AVX TCD Conductive Polymer Capacitors are designed for demanding applications that require low equivalent series resistance (ESR) with stable, high-frequency CAP retention. These capacitors offer specifications of 10µF to 470µF, ±10% or ±20% tolerance, and a voltage range of 4V to 50V. The series features two package sizes: EIA 1210 and 2917. These TCD series devices exhibit high capacitance per voltage (CV), exceptionally low ESR, minimal DC leakage, and stability across high frequencies, ensuring long-term reliability. KYOCERA AVX TCD Conductive Polymer Capacitors maintain a basic reliability rate of 0.5% per 1000 hours at +85°C and are tested to endure surge voltage, vibration, and biased humidity conditions of +85°C and 85% relative humidity for a minimum of 500 hours.
