IXYS 3-Phase Rectifier Bridges
IXYS 3-Phase Rectifier Bridges feature an 800V to 1800V maximum reverse voltage (VRRM) range and a 15A to 248A diode rectifier average current (ID(AVG)) range. These rectifier bridges are manufactured using planar passivated chips. The 3-phase rectifier bridges make use of screw terminals for space and weight savings while offering low forward voltage for improved temperature and power cycling. IXYS 3-Phase Rectifier Bridges are available in various packages that reduce the effects of harmonics and line distortion. These UL-recognized rectifier bridges deliver 3000V isolation voltage and operate within a -40°C to +175°C temperature range.
