Infineon Technologies MOTIX™ TLE9166EQ Multi Half-Bridge IC
Infineon Technologies MOTIX™ TLE9166EQ Half-Bridge IC is a versatile and powerful IC designed to offer seamless integration and optimized power delivery. This IC features six high-side switches, electrochromic mirror control, SP interface, timeout watchdog, and configurable slew rate. The MOTIX™ TLE9166EQ IC is AEC-Q100 grade 1 qualified for automotive applications. This IC is used in classic door modules, front drives read door modules, and door zone controller applications.
