Infineon Technologies EVAL-COOLSIC-2KVHCC Evaluation Board is designed to evaluate a CoolSiC™ 2000V MOSFET in a TO-247PLUS-4-HCC package with high creepage. This board is ideal for evaluating EiceDRIVER™ compact single-channel isolated gate driver 1ED31x family through double pulse or continuous PWM operation. The EVAL-COOLSIC-2KVHCC evaluation board features a flexible universal design, up to 1500VDC withstands voltage, and high power density. Typical applications include energy storage systems, EV charging, and photovoltaics.
