HARTING har-flex® Power Cable Connectors
HARTING har-flex® Power Cable Connectors are specially developed for demanding power transmission applications from cable to board. These connectors provide crimp contacts up to size 18 AWG, increasing power to the PCB without a large footprint. The har-flex® power cable connectors feature a maximum rated current of 22.5A, a 250V rated voltage (UL), a 2.54mm pitch, and >500 mating cycles (contacts). These connectors reduce troubleshooting and downtime and provide reliable connections in the harshest environments. The har-flex connectors support a robust latching mechanism that provides an audible click when mating and a high retention force, which ensures strong and error-free connections. These connectors include shock and vibration-proof (50G and 20G) and -55°C to 125°C operating temperature range. Typical applications include automation, transportation, smart infrastructure, robotics, medical, control cabinets, frequency inverters, I/O systems, diagnostic devices, signaling, and drives.
