Diodes Incorporated PI3USB4000A USB Switch IC
Diodes Incorporated PI3USB4000A USB Switch IC is a 2-to-1 differential channel multiplexer/demultiplexer switch. This IC is designed with a wide input voltage ranging from 0V to 5.5V and low power consumption of 35μA. The PI3USB4000A switch IC can pass USB2.0 signal with 1GHz bandwidth to maintain signal integrity and eye diagram open. All I/O pins are high voltage tolerant and the C0+/C0- pins can tolerate voltages up to 18V. The Over-Voltage Protection (OVP) is implemented at 4.75V to immediately switch off the channels when an over-voltage condition is detected. The PI3USB4000A USB switch IC is ideally used in smartphones, tablets, notebooks, PC, and USB-C applications.Features
