Coherent CHR1065 100G Transimpedance Amplifier (TIA) operates at 56Gbaud using PAM4 modulation and offers four channels with 750μm optical pitch. This TIA minimizes input-referred noise to 2.3μARMS, enhancing receiver sensitivity for more extended reach. Designed for next-generation 400G and 800G optical transceivers, the CHR1065 series combines excellent performance with practical system-level advantages. At only 227mW per channel, the amplifier's power efficiency supports dense deployments in power-constrained datacenters. Coherent CHR1065 TIA is suitable for compact DR, FR, and LR module configurations.
