Bourns CRN Low Ohmic Metal Film Resistors are based on metal thick-film technology and provide high power ratings of up to 2W, excellent thermal stability, and full RoHS compliance without exemption. These resistors support the development of next-generation electronics that are energy-efficient and environmentally responsible. The CRN series provides reliable, low-ohmic current sensing performance in a compact surface-mount package. Additional features include reduced power loss, high performance, stability, and design flexibility. Bourns CRN Low Ohmic Metal Film Resistors are available in a resistance range from 47mΩ to 10Ω with ±1% or ±5% tolerance and two TCR options: ±100ppm/°C and ±200ppm/°C. Ideal applications include battery management systems (BMS), industrial controllers, low-voltage power supplies, and digital meters.
