Analog Devices Inc. LT86xx High-Voltage Synchronous Buck Regulators feature high-performance step-down buck switching regulator ICs. The LT86xx buck regulators operate with input voltages from 3V to 100V+, switching frequencies up to 4MHz, and efficiency up to 96%. Analog Devices LT86xx High-Voltage Buck Regulators offer low EMI, high-efficiency operation at 2MHz in an ultra-small solution footprint, and only require 2.5µA of quiescent current. This combination of features enables a high-efficiency, compact, low-profile buck switching regulator circuit.
