Amphenol Advanced Sensors Data Center Sensor Solutions

Amphenol Advanced Sensors Data Center Sensor Solutions maintain optimal operating conditions and provide real-time insights required to prevent overheating and reduce energy consumption. These solutions include highly engineered temperature sensors, coolant leak detection sensors, and pressure sensors. The IP67/68/57-rated sensor solutions enable the data centers to achieve reliability, sustainability, and desired efficiency. These sensor solutions offer excellent heat transfer, fast response, and long-term stability.

Integrated into data center HVAC systems, the temperature sensors are designed to provide real-time insights into thermal conditions. The thermistors monitor localized temperatures, including server racks, and the inline flow-through temperature sensors monitor the temperature of the fluid. The integrated pipe clip surface temperature sensors monitor the temperature of a fluid or gas that passes through a pipe or tubing circulation system.

The Coolant Temperature Sensors (CTS) monitor the temperature of the coolant that is being pumped around a battery to cool the battery module of EV/PHEVs. The coolant leak detection sensors come in a compact design and can detect coolant leakage through a change in resistance value.

The pressure and temperature combination sensors provide pressure and temperature measurements in one sensor assembly. These sensors feature a robust internal circuit protection with a sealed integral connection system.
