4D LCD 5.0" TFT LCD Modules

4D LCD 5.0" TFT LCD Modules are color-active matrix LCD modules that integrate an amorphous silicon thin-film transistor. These LCD modules incorporate a color TFT-LCD panel, driver IC, FPC, and a backlight unit. The TFT LCD modules include optional Resistive/Capacitive Touch Panels (RTP or CTP) and an optional Cover Lens Bezel (CLB). The 5.0" TFT LCD modules' display area contains 800x 480 pixels. These LCD modules are RoHS compliant and operate within the -20°C to 70°C temperature range.
