Mill-Max 867 Spring-Loaded Crimped Wire Cable Assembly
Mill-Max 867 Spring-Loaded Crimped Wire Cable Assembly combines high-quality spring-loaded pogo pins with the convenience of a 12" pig-tail. These spring-loaded pins are excellent for battery charging, low-power delivery and quick-connect purposes. The 867 Cable Assembly includes machined copper alloy plated 20μ" gold over 100μ” nickel contact piston and beryllium copper-plated 10μ" gold spring. This cable assembly features low resistance and high current contacts. The 867 Cable Assembly includes 24AWG stranded conductors, one red and one black.Mill-Max 867 Cable Assembly operates at 20mΩ maximum contact resistance, 2A continuous and 3A peak current rating per contact, 1pF maximum capacitance, and 100Vrms/15VDC voltage rating. This cable assembly eliminates issues like gang crimping and can be readily used in a host of wire termination applications.
