The TUM advisor program is a year-long initiative focused on enhancing the soft skills of first-year STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) students. Tailored to provide students with practical, real use-case challenges, the program aims to cultivate proficient and knowledgeable engineers capable of communicating confidently, managing projects, and mastering the intricacies of successful teamwork.

As part of this partnership, Mouser collaborates with Arduino to present an interactive workshop at TUM. Mouser's in-house engineers, Rafik Mitry and Aly Barakat, teach first-year STEM students about the fundamentals of circuit theory and pulse measurement.
