Bourns MAG-3002176 Power Transformers

Bourns MAG-3002176 Power Transformers provide high-efficiency operation at 300kHz to 600kHz with a maximum voltage of 60VDC and 230VAC. These Bourns power transformers operate over a -40°C to +125°C temperature range and are designed for the Texas Instruments TIDA-010954 GaN-based 600W cycloconverter reference design. The MAG-3002176 is ideal for high-frequency bidirectional GaN single-stage converters for battery storage and renewable energy applications.
