BJB Board-Level Components provide solutions for PCB assembly and mechanical fastening in LED luminaire applications. The portfolio includes SMD Terminal Blocks (Classic and Pico) and push-to-fix fasteners. These components offer reliable wire-to-board connectivity and simplified assembly for manufacturers. The SMD terminal blocks Pico 46.110 feature a compact 2.7mm profile with tool-free push wire connections and contact ratings up to 300V and 9A. The Push-to-Fix (P2F) fasteners enable quick, screw-free PCB mounting with low insertion force, reliable heat dissipation through constant pressure, and resistance to shock and vibration. These solutions combined to help improve production efficiency, reduce assembly costs, and support robust LED luminaire designs.
