599 MicroLED® Single-Color SMD LEDs with Side PLCC

Dialight 599 MicroLED^® Single-Color SMD LEDs with Side PLCC are available in blue, green, red, and white color options built using InGaN or AlGaInP die material. These LEDs feature a small PLCC‑2 package measuring 2.8mm x 1.2mm x 0.8mm, making it suitable for space‑constrained PCB layouts. The 599 SMD LEDs operate at a typical forward current of 20mA with a 1.6V to 3.7V forward voltage range. These LEDs offer a 120° viewing angle, 5V reverse voltage, and 10μA reverse current intensity (V_R=5V). The 599 SMD LEDs support a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
