TSX Series of Operational Amplifiers

STMicroelectronics TSX Series of Operational Amplifiers are a new generation of 16V Amplifier ICs using an advanced manufacturing process, combining high performance and high reliability, making them well suited for a variety of demanding applications. An innovative 16V CMOS manufacturing process delivers reduced power consumption and class-leading accuracy with long term stability, and enables reduced PCB area by allowing the use of small surface-mount packages. These devices are used as signal-conditioning solutions for rugged applications from automotive electronics to smart buildings and industrial controls.

TSX56 Micropower CMOS Operational Amplifiers

STMicroelectronics TSX56 Micropower CMOS Operational Amplifiers benefit from ST's 16V CMOS technology to offer accuracy and performance small industrial packages. The TSX561 device is the single version, the TSX562 device the dual version and the TSX564 device the quad version, with industry standard pinouts. The TSX56 offers an outstanding speed/power consumption ratio, 900kHz gain bandwidth product while consuming only 250μA at 16V. The devices are housed in the smallest industrial packages. These features make the TSX56 ideal for sensor interfaces and industrial signal conditioning. The wide temperature range and high ESD tolerance ease use in harsh automotive applications.
