Trench Schottky Rectifiers in CFP Packages

Nexperia Trench Schottky Rectifiers in Clip-Bonded FlatPower (CFP) Packages meet the challenging demands of efficient and space-saving designs. The Rectifiers combine low reverse current, low forward voltage, and lowest Q_rr to enable high efficiency at high ambient temperatures. Available in several CFP package options with high power capabilities, these Nexperia devices offer a true alternative to SMA. These options result in better thermal performance and a smaller footprint.

PMEG Schottky Rectifiers

Nexperia PMEG Schottky Rectifiers are planar Maximum Efficiency General Application (MEGA) devices with an integrated guard ring for stress protection.
