IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers

ISSI IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers come with fade in/out and PWM dimming. The regulators serve as a stand-alone LED driver-configurable from 20mA to 150mA with external resistors, no microcontroller is necessary. A logic level “courtesy light” signal from the PWM pin can be interfaced to precisely drive the LED channel. The IS32LT3175P obtains a positive polarity PWM signal. In addition, the IS32LT3175N obtains a negative polarity PWM signal. The regulator integrates a 63-step fade-in and fades out the algorithm (Gamma correction). This causes the output LED current to increasingly rise up to the full source value after the EN pin is pulsed.

InnoMux & InnoSwitch3-MX GaN

Power Integrations InnoMux and InnoSwitch3-MX GaN increases the output power of high-efficiency display power supply units (PSUs) to 75W. The InnoMux chipset uses a unique single-stage power architecture that reduces losses in display applications by 50%. Power Integrations InnoMux devices also increase overall efficiency to 91% and higher output in constant-voltage (CV) and constant-current (CC) LED backlight driver designs. By eliminating the need for post-regulation (buck and boost) stages, TV and monitor designers can halve component count while improving reliability and cost-effectiveness. With a high breakdown voltage of 750V, PowiGaN InnoSwitch3-MX is also extremely robust. The devices are highly resistant to the line surges and swells commonly seen in regions with unstable mains voltages.

InnoMux Controller ICs

Power Integrations InnoMux Controller ICs dramatically improve the system efficiency of monitors and TVs when paired with the InnoSwitch3-MX. Power Integrations InnoMux Controller ICs eliminate the boost and buck converter stages using a single-stage flyback topology. These design features allow for high system efficiency, up to 91%, on a small PCB footprint. LED backlight control offers excellent minimum threshold regulation, analog, and several PWM dimming options. The sequenced PWM dimming option improves visual performance and stabilizes power demand. Extensive protection features are provided.
