Fastener Applications in Commercial ESS

PEM Fastener Applications in Commercial Energy Storage Systems (ESS) include fasteners for every component of a battery ESS. PEM fasteners are IP-rated for ingress protection and fully tested to protect electric vehicle (EV) components from the elements. The fasteners expand and contract to keep joints sealed after thermal expansion. PEM mechanical bolted joints are easy to disassemble and reassemble. KF2/KFS2 Broaching Nuts

PEM KF2/KFS2 Broaching Nuts utilize surface-mount, broaching, and flaring technology for PC boards. These broaching nuts are knurled-shank fastening devices that can be pressed into a hole to provide a permanent, strong, threaded, or unthreaded attachment point. These KF2/KFS2 broaching nuts are used in aluminum, acrylic, casting, and polycarbonate components.
