SPM15 Single Output Isolated DC-DC Converters

Murata Power Solutions SPM15 Single Output Isolated DC-DC Converters use industrial potted module technology to provide a full 15W output in one square inch of board area. These converters measure 25.4mm² x 10.41mm (1²" x 0.41") and have a wide input voltage range of 9V_DC to 36V_DC and 18V_DC to 75V_DC. Other features include through-hole mounting, positive or negative logic (remote on/off), voltage isolation (basic insulation) from input to output of up to 1600V. With an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, the modules also deliver full output power to +70°C with no airflow. These converters are ideal for applications that do not require any heat sinking or forced air cooling.

UEI15 Isolated DC/DC Converters

Murata UEI15 Series Isolated DC/DC converters expand Murata Power Solutions' offering of isolated, wide input range DC/DC converters. These DC/DC converters provide excellent power density in just one square inch of board area, making them ideal for high-current applications where space is constrained. The features and benefits of this series include 15W output, industry-standard packaging (0.96" x 1.10" x 0.36"), industry-standard pinouts coupled with wide input voltage ranges of either 9V_DC to 36V_DC or 18V_DC to 75V_DC. Other features include negative or positive logic polarity options, efficiency levels up to 89%, stable no-load operation with no external components, fully magnetic and optical isolation of 2000V_DC, and 2250V_DC that includes basic insulation and regulated fixed output voltages from 3.3V to 15V. Murata UEI15 Series Isolated DC/DC converters are available in through-hole and SMD versions.
