SM7 Surface-Mount Varistors

Littelfuse SM7 Surface-Mount Metal Oxide Varistors (MOV) are designed to be operated continuously across AC power lines. These transient voltage surge suppressors come in a molded PPS-material package with a tin-plated lead frame for soldering to board. Littelfuse SM7 MOVs are based on a radial 7mm internal varistor element with characteristics similar to the Littelfuse LA/ZA series.

Varistors

Littelfuse Varistors are protective devices that offer several important features, such as overvoltage protection, peak current ratings from 20A to 70,000A, and peak energy ratings from 0.01J to 10,000J. The mounting options serve a wide range of applications.
